    Direction: sterilize the area using an alcohol wipe, followed by applying a thin layer of numbing cream with a cotton swab on closed skin.  Cover the area with film and let it sit for 10-15 minutes before continuing with the procedure.

    If client is starting to feel pain, apply tag 45 numbing on open skin as secondary numbing.
