Blue Ice topical anesthetic is ideal for reducing pain and swelling on broken skin during pain sensitive procedures. Use during or after cosmetic procedures, tattoos, piercings, electrolysis, laser removals, and even sunburn. With a neutral pH of 7, Blue Ice is excellent and safe for use on sensitive areas, such as the lips, eyes, and inner arms. Blue Ice is gel-based for a soothing, non-sting application that not only reduces pain, but assuages unpleasant side-effects like swelling, bruising, and bleeding. It contains two active ingredients, lidocaine and tetracaine, that work together for fast onset numbing that lasts up to two hours. Directions:
Apply sparingly to broken skin and cover with occlusive dressing. Product is ineffective when applied to intact skin. Wait until anesthetic effect occurs (2–5 minutes). Remove product before continuing with your procedure.
